Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MonkModeMed, including our website, educational content, tutoring services, scheduling tools, account features, and related offerings.

By accessing or using MonkModeMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MonkModeMed provides educational content, tutoring, coaching, and related learning resources for exam preparation. MonkModeMed does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or any guarantee of academic or testing outcomes.

Any study plans, strategies, or educational recommendations are for informational purposes only and should be used with your own judgment.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.

Some MonkModeMed features may require payment. Pricing, plan details, scheduling terms, and any service-specific conditions presented at the time of purchase or booking are incorporated into these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, and scheduling may be handled through providers such as Calendly. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, fees paid for digital services, tutoring access, or reserved sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered, scheduled, or made available.

You agree not to:

• use MonkModeMed for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• copy, scrape, distribute, resell, or exploit platform content without permission;
• interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users;
• upload malware, malicious code, or other harmful material; or
• misuse tutoring, community, or support channels in a way that harms MonkModeMed or others.

MonkModeMed and its content, branding, curriculum materials, visuals, text, videos, software, and site design are owned by MonkModeMed or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

MonkModeMed may rely on or link to third-party services, including Supabase, Google, Stripe, Calendly, and similar providers. We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, downtime, or actions of those third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to MonkModeMed if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that harms MonkModeMed, its users, or its operations.

You may stop using MonkModeMed at any time. Sections that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.

MonkModeMed is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or guaranteed educational results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonkModeMed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.

If we are found liable for a claim arising out of these Terms or your use of MonkModeMed, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to MonkModeMed for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event at issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the last updated date on this page. Your continued use of MonkModeMed after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
